I have mild acne and very dry skin, what products are good for me?

I am looking for a drugstore product that will help with my mild acne and dry skin. I am allergic to anything Neutrogena btw. I use L’oreal Go 360 Clean stuff for sensitive skin to wash my face with in the shower, and Garnier Nutritioniste Moisture rescue loition 3 times a day.

Foundation
Powder
Blush
Eyeshadow(nutreal)
Mascara
Eyeliner
I would like something that is water proof or at least sweat proof cuz im a swimmer so i swim 3 times a day, and i live in CA so its super hot.
I also need things for my face, but for sensitive skin with pimples
Face wash
lotion
zit cream
sunscreen
lip balm
Then for my body
hair romover
firming cream
tanning oil
sunblock
body scrub
Hair
Hair spray
detangler
moistrizer
volume
Then things like
deoderant
moist wipes
What else do you reccomend?

HeLp! Face wash for sensitive skin?

I’ve used pretty much every acne system. I’ve tried:
-Proactive
-Skin Id
-Neutrogena
-Cetaphyil
-Clean & Clear
-Clearasil
All with the same result. They’re either too powerful and I get a sever allergic reaction. Or they’re not strong enough and I still have acne. Is there any product that I can use from a drugstore without spending a lot of money? Please help.
