Is there a facial moisturizer that includes sunscreen, wrinkle and pimple protection? And does it work?

I am looking for a facial moisturizer on the market that includes:
1) Sunscreen
2) Wrinkle reducer or protection
3) Acne reducer or protection
Rather than purchasing multiple products, I want a single moisturizer. And does it work?
